ACTIVITY: Complete the plant life cycle sequencing activity by
drawing AND writing about each step in the cycle.
MUSIC
START A MUSIC JOURNAL!
-Choose 3 days this week to write about music that you’ve heard this week! In the journal: -Write the date of each entry -The title of the song -The artist or composer -Something about the:
--Genre: Is it Rock music? Country? Rap? Pop? Jazz? Classical?
Something else? --Tempo: Is it fast or slow? Does the speed of the song change? Include words like Allegro , the music
word for fast, and Andante , meaning slow tempo.
--Dynamics: Is it loud or soft or does it change? For this, try to include words like Piano , meaning soft, and Forte which means loud or Mezzo Forte, meaning medium.
-- Mood : Is it a happy song, sad song, or something else? Does the mood change? How can you tell? -Decorate each entry to illustrate something you imagine when you listen to the music!
