The land use zoning for the subject parcels is tourism-related development. The density allowedis twenty-four (24) bedrooms per acre for condominium development or twenty-five (25)bedrooms per acre for hotel development.

For apartments, condominiums and hotels, the allowable maximum height of the building isseven floors up to a maximum of90 ft. provided that no habitable floors are allowed above 75 ft.In order to qualify for the construction of seven floors, the entire acreage of the plot must not beless than ten acres. It the ten acre requirement cannot be met then the building cannot exceed fivefloors or 60 feet in height.
