A part of Ordinance concerning the Regulations governing the Organization of the Structure of the Reclamation Committee shall be amended as fol- lows:
Article 8-2, T!he Minister! of Agriculture and Forestry or the local Governor may set up in the Central Reclamation Committee or in the
% Reclamation Committee of the Metropolis;, Hok- kaido, a Special Prefecture or Prefecture the De- partment which is to ladimin'ister the affairs coming under the jurisdiction^ of the Reclamation Com- mittee.
