MEMORANDUM

To ensure safety and protection of Government properties under the administrative control of Public Works (Roads) Directorate, service tenure of 710 (seven hundred ten) Security/House Keeping Personnel engaged through agencies at its different Divisions and Circles in terms of Finance Department Memo. no. 3687-F(Y) dated 02.05.2012 read with Memo. No.3790-F(Y) dated 21.07.2014 was earlier extended up to January, 2021 in terms of this Department Notification No. 1599-PWD-12039/2/2020-DIR(PWD) dated 10.12.2020 read with the Corrigendum No.1644-PWD-12039/2/2020-DIR(PWD) dated 16.12.2020 as concurred by Finance Department vide their U.O. No. Group - P2/2020-2021/0502 dated 20.11.2020.

Now, the Governor has been pleased to accord administrative approval towards extension of service of said Personnel engaged in Circles/Divisions under the administrative control of Public Works (Roads) Directorate as indicated in Annexure of this Memorandum for another one year w.e.f. 01.02.2021 provided such Security Personnel have been engaged through Agencies in strict adherence to above mentioned Finance Department Memo (s) and its subsequent amendments.

Necessary payments in this regard will be made from the head of account," 25-3054-80-001-00-002-78-00-V-outsourcing of Security, cleaning and Housekeeping Services" in terms of this Department Order No.lM-34/2017/1343-R/E dated 27.07.2017.

This issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O. No. Group-P2/2020-2021/0729 dated 31.01.2021.
