INTRODUCTION

The Quality Control Division, Bhadrak with Headquarter at Bhadrak was created

vide Govt. notification no. 5417 dtd. 27-02-2012 and started functioning in the year

2015 restructuring of Water Resources Department. This office is temporarily

functioning with FA/3(F type) quarter in 1st floor of block A having two rooms of size

about 10ft x 12ft in his office premises i.e. Salandi Canal Division, bypass, Bhadrak

and another two rooms near Mausima temple for function of office and QC

Laboratory of this newly created division respectively vide his office order no 6384

dtd 5.11.15. Above said allotted quarter is now functioning as office as well as store of

procured equipment. Some laboratory equipment’s have already procured for

function of QC laboratory. But till today no laboratory have functioned in allotted

rooms situated near temple due to non posting of Watchman-cum Sweeper and other

laboratory technicians by the Govt. for watch and ward point of view.
