ISHB – Individually Sensored High BayAs part of our standard offering on several HID high bays,Holophane’s Individually Sensored High Bay (ISHB) option hasits own sensor to maximize both control and energy savings.ISHB detects motion within the sensor range and sends asignal to the luminaire to switch from low light outputto normal light output when occupancy is detected.When there is no activity, the control reverts to 50%input power to lower energy consumption. Simplyput, ISHB is designed to monitor your lighting system,luminaire by luminaire, and only put energy use where it isneeded when it it is needed.

Illumibay®

Conventional high bay luminaires use a ballast housingfocused on function only with no consideration given toaesthetics. However Holophane’s Illumibay Series introduces anattractive new look to high bay lighting. The Illumibayincorporates the most efficient optical design on the markettoday (Holophane’s patented ISD SuperGlass®) with a ballasthousing having elegant, contemporary styling. This soft visualtransition reduces the contrast and subsequent perception ofglare while transforming the fixture from a means of providinglight to an actual element of design. Now available withmultiple compact fluorescent lamps, this fixture intrinsicallyintegrates bi-level control requirements for EPAct requirements..

Electronic ballast technology improveslighting system efficacy and lamp lumendepreciation in pulse start and standardmetal halide lamps.Compared to alternative metal halide systems electronicballasts can provide equivalent light levels while improvingthe efficacy of a lighting system by up to 56%. Theinformation in the example compares a lighting system of (100) 400W pulse start lamps operated on an electronicballast to other metal halide lamp/magnetic ballast systems.An electronic ballast operating a pulse start lamp can reducetotal fixture count by 30% and reduce the lighting system wattage consumed by over 50% while maintaining equivalentlight levels.

The Synergy lighting control system offers flexible andscalable solutions that satisfy the requirements of bothowners and occupants. The Synergy system integrates allaspects of lighting control including low-voltage switching,

architectural dimming, occupancy sensing and daylightharvesting into a single platform. A native BACnet®
