(AuGD) - CV#2016/E018The Government of Jamaica (GoJ) (‘the Client’), represented by the Office of the Cabinet (OoC), on behalf of the Auditor General’s Department seeks proposals from competent individuals (‘the Consultant’) to provide project management expertise for the Implementation of an Enterprise Content Management Solution. The Consultant will be required to, amongst other things:a) Plan, organize and monitor the Enterprise Content Management

Project on behalf of the Auditor General’s Department according to the Program Plan and project deliverables;

b) Develop a detailed project plan and provide regular monitoring and updates that outline milestones and project resources;

c) Design and implement procedures and effective performance metrics to manage, coordinate, test and measure project activities, milestones and outcomes.

The Technical Expertise required for this post includes, among others: a) Demonstrate experience managing implementation projects of similar

or greater scope and complexity; b) Solid analytical abilities to translate business requirements to technical

audiences and vice versa in relating technical concepts to business needs;

c) Extensive experience managing and building diverse, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTION IN THE AUDITOR GENERAL’S DEPARTMENT (AuGD) - CV#2016/E017

The Government of Jamaica (GoJ) (‘the Client’), represented by the Office of the Cabinet (OoC), on behalf of the Auditor General’s Department seeks proposals from competent individuals (‘the Consultant’) for a Solution Architect to provide technical expertise for the Implementation of an Enterprise Content Management System.

The Consultant will be required to, amongst other things:a) Analyse, define, and document ECM business requirements; prescribe

or recommend solutions; and develop and validate the solutions against business requirements; make detail-level decisions regarding development, configuration, and implementation activities; and execute hardware, software, conversion, and database requirements according to Project deliverables and assigned tasks.

b) Manage the setup and administration of the solution environment; configure user access in line with security policies and audit requirements; and provision equipment as appropriate to enable secure, reliable and efficient operations.

The Technical Expertise required for this post includes, among others: a) Technical background preferred, with demonstrated abilities working

as a Business Analyst, Developer or System Administrator with projects of similar or greater scope and complexity;

b) Ability to communicate effectively with all applicable stakeholders to define the business requirements and solution architecture;

c) Team player with proven interpersonal skills, task-oriented work ethic, excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to use sound judgement;

d) Track record that demonstrate research skills and ability to constantly seek and acquire knowledge of emerging technologies;
