Church Planting Center ApprenticeshipsThe Greater Orlando Baptist Association offers apprenticeships for leaders, who desire to live, develop, train, and participate directly in the context of planting and establishing churches within the GOBA Church Planting Center system. The following are the types of apprenticeships offered:

Summer / Semester Internship 1 year apprenticeship Church Planter in Residence Church Planter Fellowship

Lead Church Planter Sent from Sponsor Church - This is for churches that have lead planters desiring higher levels of church planting and leadership training.

Upfront Leader – Serve powerfully from the lead position

Entrepreneurial – Cast vision and enlist followers

Catalytic – Start from scratch

Founding Planter – Starts and stays

Individual Church Planter Training – This is for individuals without a sending church which desire to be part of a church planting work.

Seeking partnering churches Building support systems Developing contextualized missional strategy

Young Leaders Immersion Leadership Training – This is perhaps our most exciting area of development within our church panting center churches! It is for the young aspiring leader to participate in GOBA’s Church Planting Center Semmester/Summer Immersion Program.

Gaining real world experience

10 weeks @ 20 hours per week

Supporting role to an experienced church planter

GOBA Church Planting Center Network Apprenticeships – Apprenticeships for leaders who desire to plant a GOBA Plant or associate their church with GOBA across all of central Florida. You can establish your church and train your leaders using the GOBA Church Planting Center Model.

GOBA Church Planting Center Network Apprenticeships Covenant Level – You can interact with the GOBA Church Planting Center Network Team as you build your strategy and plant churches within the GOBA Church Planting Center Network.

GOBA Antioch Apprenticeships – These apprenticeships are designed to enable leaders to reach their cities by training directly in their context of ministry. Right in your target field we can assist you by equipping you and your team to begin church planting in your city or region.

GOBA Apprenticeships – Explore multiple opportunities for engaging in church planting within central Florida or in your ministry context.

GOBA Church Planting Center Apprenticeships

We are training the next generation of leaders for central Florida right here in central Florida. Urgency is the key word for equipping the next wave of leaders to bring Christ to central Florida. There is no better time to be plant churches and no better tool for reproducing church leaders and equipping movements than the Greater Orlando Church Planting Center system. Our approach addresses all three critical facets of leadership training: knowledge, skill set development and character.
