A general description of the Works;

The names and addresses of the Employer and Consultants.

Consents Planning and other consents obtained or to be

obtained by the Employer.

The Site

Means & Restrictions on access;

Position of the Works;

Information on adjacent / abutting structures;

Limitations (if any) on use of the Site;

Other work on the Site to be carried out concurrent with the

Works by the Employer’s Personnel or others;

Facilities of the Employer to be operated and maintained by the

Contractor;

Specific site rules and regulations.

Sections Definition of sections into which the Works are

divided for purposes of sectional completion.



Drawings, Specifications, Schedules and Reports, General

arrangement, working and construction drawings;

Materials and Workmanship specifications;

Performance specifications applicable to contractor-designed or

specialist-designed elements of the works.

Designs to be prepared and/or works to be undertaken by

Limitations on working hours;

Temporary accommodation and facilities for the use of the Employer

including heating, lighting, furnishing and attendance details;

Installation of telephones and facsimile machines for the use of the

Employer;

Any other obligation or restriction.
