Transy has expanded across Russia to Europe, Asia, South America, the USA, the Sub Continent and Far East and delivers flexible logistics solutions in all these regions.

We own and operate a fleet of multi-purpose vessels, trucks and warehouses, and provide freight forwarding, liner shipping, project management, distribution, multi-modal transport, port agency and customs clearance services via our offices worldwide, as well as through a network of agents. We carry over 1 million freight tons annually.

Europe’s Spaceport is situated in the northeast of South America in French Guiana. Initially created by CNES, it is jointly funded and used by both the French space agency and ESA as the launch site for the Ariane 5 vehicle. It has been built as part of an agreement between the French and Russian governments.

Transy is the main forwarding agent for the Russian side and represents the interests of the principal Russian players in this international contract. To carry out this project we were granted a License for Space Activity by the Russian Federal Space Agency. The new site will see at least 50 Soyuz-ST carrier rocket launches over a 15 year period.

Ying Pan and Shenxigou Power Plants, China

Transy arranged the multimodal transportation of specialised power equipment from the Ukraine to China. The land transport was completed in record time despite many challenges, and the cargo was delivered by several geared vessels to China within the specified delivery time.

Transy organized the multimodal delivery of magnet parts from St. Petersburg to the Deggendorf River port on the Danube, including reloading in Antwerp

and barge freight to Germany.

Sipat Thermal Power Plant, IndiaTransy was the general forwarder for this large project. We organized

multimodal transport from all over the world to India, including the chartering of special vessels, crane operations for heavy-lifts up to 368 mts unit weight and air freight from all over the world.

Transy, in conjunction with AGS Shipping Europe, organized and implemented the multimodal door to door delivery of seven cylinder cone tanks for a brewery in Nikolaev, Ukraine.

The huge 30 metre tanks, approximately 7 metres in diameter, were shipped from Zeebrugge, Belgium by chartered vessel, transported to the site on low-bed trucks and finally installed onto the foundations using a 250 ton mobile crane.

Transy shipped mining and railway equipment from USA, European countries, Russia and Ukraine to the port of Conakry, West Africa on board chartered vessels and providing crane operations at the port of destination.

Other Projects

Transy provides industrial installation of all types of machinery and facilities. The service includes industrial dismantling and installation, pre and fine assembly, as well as electrical installations, the use of advanced hydraulic & pneumatic lifting systems and geometric levelling.

Transy recently installed a 350-ton GE gas turbine and 288-ton generator in Sredneuralsk, Russia with outside temperatures below -30° C.

Project Management Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance

Transy’s globally integrated door-to-door forwarding solutions are tailored to our clients’ individual needs, from the moment the cargo is ready for transport until it arrives safely at its destination.

Acting as customs broker, Transy provides full customs clearance services of import, export cargoes, and arranging the receipt of necessary documents.

Supply Chain Management

Liner shipping is one of the core businesses of the group. We ship steel products, non-ferrous materials, machinery, fruit and vegetables, palletized and bulk cargoes on our modern tonnage.

Our service has expanded to include door to door deliveries to meet the demands of our customers for cost effective, turnkey solutions. We operate a multipurpose liner service on our Continent – Baltic and USA – Baltic routes and compliment it with various chartering options worldwide. This takes the total number of sailings to around 400 per year.

AGS Shipping Europe N.V.AGS Shipping Europe links the world via the Port

of Antwerp which is the main transhipment centre for major liner carriers worldwide. Using Antwerp as a hub for further distribution to Europe by road, as well as barge transport via the Ruhr – Main – Danube, AGS Shipping Europe handles over a quarter of a million tons of iron and steel per year, shipped conventionally and in containers.

AGS Projekt Logistik GmbH has been specifically created to meet the needs of the European supply chain, and to become the core of the project logistics division of the Transy Group.

Its location puts it at a strategic point for cross trade between Russia, the CIS and EC countries, and it is perfectly placed to allow the group to expand into other markets.

Baltic Reefers

Baltic Reefers operates one of the largest fleets of reefer vessels in the world. They carry a considerable percentage of the perishable cargo entering the Baltics from South America, and specialise in bananas, frozen fish and fish meal, fruit, frozen meat and general cargoes.

The company provides a weekly liner service from the European ports of Brest and Vlissingen to St. Petersburg for the transportation of fruit, vegetables and frozen meat.

Combining traditional shipping experience with modern freight transport technology, AGS Shipping applies innovative and flexible methods to its ship management and liner shipping operations. AGS Shipping provides a regular break bulk liner service connecting the Baltic ports with all major European destinations, including Antwerp, Rotterdam, Bremen, Bilbao, Dusseldorf, Goole and Dunkerque.
