The mission of Global Premier Soccer is to be a leader in the development and growth of soccer across North America and beyond. We will establish an iden>ty of excellence as we pursue our pathway to success on and o the eld, with our primary focus being the development of players and people. We will produce players who can compete at the highest level of soccer throughout the world.

INTRODUCTION Global Premier Soccer (GPS) has 10 franchises, anchored by the headquarters in MassachuseJs. Each franchise produce players using the same development model that includes GPS Juniors, GPS Trainers, the GPS Early Development Program (EDP) and the GPS Premier Team Program.

GPS HQ provides back-oce support in key administra>ve areas allowing each franchise to focus on developing players and providing exemplary customer service. The administra>ve support network includes opera>ons, curriculum development, sports performance, sales & marke>ng, recrui>ng, nance, graphic design, communica>ons and media/public rela>ons. Program Development is an important part of what GPS provides, specically a grass roots eort designed to grow player numbers at the youngest ages.

GPS was founded in 2001 with a mission to establish a new and unique player development model in the US and produce players who can compete at the highest level. We look to iden>fy and develop players using the following acronym PACE Personality, AXtude, Crea>vity and Excellence.

NATIONAL PLAYERS

COLLEGE SOCCER AND PDL From College ID camps to na>onally recognized tournaments, support for GPS aliated players is unparalleled. Our College Placement Program begins in a players freshman year in high school and includes seminars on the College applica>on process and access to GPS college liaison ocers. Addi>onally, GPS provides an avenue for players playing at the collegiate level via our three PDL teams: The Ocean City Noreasters (New Jersey), the GPS Portland Phoenix (Maine) and the Carolina Dynamo (North Carolina). These teams have produced a number of players who have graduated to the professional ranks and provide a perfect bridge for those players aspiring to play at the highest level of the game.

GPS ELITE ID PROGRAM

GPS Elite Iden>ca>on Program was launched in 2012 to provide players that have excelled during their regional team play the opportunity to train and compete in select events throughout the year. Players are nominated to aJend GPS ID events by their Head Coach and Regional DOCs. Based on performances at the ID event players may progress to represent the GPS Na>onal team that competes in various events throughout North America and select Interna>onal events such as the Milk Cup.

COACHING STAFF GPS has over 125 full >me coaches. Our sta are iden>ed from a rigorous iden>ca>on and recrui>ng process. Our prototypical coach possesses an FA level 2 or UEFA B license and has a degree in Sports Management of Sports Science.

STYLE AND SYSTEM OF PLAY GPS provides support in the development of a style and system of play for our partners. For example; SYSTEM - U13 AND ABOVE: 4-3-3 FORMATION Teams will play the 4-3-3 system with 2 of the 3 central midelders being aJack minded. In the 8v8 game format, teams will play the 2-4-1 forma>on. 6v6 will see the 2-1-2 forma>on. STYLE KEY TERMS TO IDENTIFY OUR STYLE OF PLAY CONFIDENT BUILD FROM THE BACK POSSESSION BASED ATTACK MINDED PHYSICAL PROACTIVE

The Skills XI concept is a good example of how our Technical Department worked with the Video and Graphic Design Departments to create a new tool to excite players about individual technical development. Players accessed an online video and given a Skills 11 worksheet. The worksheet was completed and signed by the coach as each of the 11 skills were mastered over the course of the program.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Global Premier Soccer has 6 years experience in running successful leagues and tournaments in mul>ple states. GPS was a co-founder of the New England Premiership (NEP), which is now the preeminent Premier League in the Northeast. The NEP was established with a focus on suppor>ng the player development happening at the top clubs in New England with minimum standards detailed for coaches, facili>es and administra>ve support. GPS operates over 25 tournaments including two major College Showcase events in the GPS Memorial Day Showcase and the GPS Thanksgiving Showcase. Some of our larger events are shown below.

The Challenge Economically disadvantaged neighborhoods have not had access to premier soccer training services. This has contributed to lack of opportuni>es for inner-city soccer players

The Program GPS has successfully launched programs in un-tapped soccer communi>es in every state we are ac>ve.

The Future GPS develop inner-city ini>a>ves with each of our club partners with the support of AS Roma. Inner city loca>ons have high apprecia>on and passion for soccer given large immigrant >es to soccer loving geographic regions.
