Problems faced by Iran Iran is developing nuclear weapons for peaceful

purpose as told my Iran but it is not believed by therest of the global community.

Iran states the purpose of its nuclear program is thegeneration of power

Iran is against mass destruction as it is againstIslamic religious principles. Iran claims that nuclearpower is necessary for a booming population andrapidly-industrialising nation. It points to the factthat Iran's population has more than doubled in 20years, the country regularly imports gasoline andelectricity, and that burning fossil fuel in large

amounts harms Iran's environment drastically. Iran is working on nuclear program but US warned

him to stop nuclear program but iran doesn't want tostop nuclear program.US told to all other countriesto stop all types of business relation with Iran. Sothat Iran cant continue his nuclear program due to

shortage of finance on country this can also lead toglobal oil crisis.

largest consumers of energy within adecade.

India's indigenous oil and gas reserves

are not expected to last beyond 2014-16at current levels of consumption.

Currently, India produces less than 33million tonnes of oil compared todemand for around 96 million tonnes, calling for imports to the tune of around64 million tonnes.

v Shale Oil Shale gas is natural gas trapped in shalerock deep below the earths surface. Until recently,it was inaccessible for development due to itsdepth and concentration. New advances inhorizontal drilling, combined with hydraulic frackingtechnology have enabled producers to capture this

once elusive resource.v Biomass has probably received the most attention

as an alternative fuel. Beginning with cellulosecrops such as corn or switchgrass, enzymes ormicrobes are used to break down the cellulose intosimple sugars that can be fermented into ethyl

alcohol and used as an alternative fuel or a fueladditive.

v Biodiesel a much more promising alternative fuelis biodiesel which is typically produced from plantoils or animal fats. However, algae may also be a

source of biodiesel in the future. Algae oilsometimes called oilgae or algaeoleum can be as
