TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AUDIO VISUAL RENTAL1. Unlessspecifiedallabovepricesarepershow(exhibitionperiod).

2. Thepriceisbasedonthedurationofnotmorethanseven(7)days,whichincludebuild-upandteardownperiods.Forrentalexceedingseven(7)days,chargeswillbeonadailybasis.

3. ManpowerandequipmentcostwillbechargedforspecialinstallationsdeemedatthesolediscretionofDWTCsuchasmountingofTV,datamonitor,plasmascreenorvideowallsetonhighrisestands,andsuspensionofmovingheadsandotherlightingsystemsontheceiling.Priceswillbebasedonacase-by-casebasis.

4. DWTCreservestherighttorevisetheequipmentrentalratesforanyordersreceivedlessthanone(1)weekbeforethebuild-upcommences.

5. Equipmentnotspecifiedinthelistcanstillberequestedatleastfour(4)weeksbeforethebuild-upcommences.

6. Thetotalvalueoftheequipmentwillbebilleduponlossordamageofequipment.20%ofthetotalvalueasdepositshouldbepaidinadvanceandthehirershouldhavemandatorylocalinsurancecoverage.

7.
