Keep Fit and HealthymdashBy Angus and Seth Howey House Captains

Hi GPS students Our names are Angus and Seth and wersquore your Howey House Captains As we

all know ISO can be pretty boring so to mix it up a bit and keep you active and fit during this tough

time we have come up with these easy short activities that you can do whilst in lockdown

gt5 laps around your back yard (more for a small backyard)

gtCreate an obstacle course with a focus on fitness (with adults around)

gtYou can go for a daily walk or bike ride (incorporate hills to get your heart rate up if you can)

gtTry and make your own routine that you can do every day eg 10 star jumps 5 push ups 10 sit

ups 1-minute wall sit etc

These activities can help you build a better immune system and can improve your overall health By

completing these small tasks or making your own it will get you out of the house and give you some

much needed fresh air It also allows your brain a break from all the school work yoursquove been doing

which will allow you to concentrate for longer throughout the day We hope you try some of these

small activities above or even better make up your own

Stay fit and healthy during this tough time

Seth and Angus
