SUPPLIES LIST: Mason jars, 4-6oz size Decorating or sanding sugar Ghirardelli Flatback Snowmen Rosemary sprigs Royal Icing (see instructions) 2 egg whites 3-4 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract GHIRARDELLI HOLIDAY SNOWGLOBE In a large bowl beat the egg whites until frothy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, half of a cup at a time, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl if necessary, until the icing becomes thick. Add the vanilla extract and beat until soft peaks form. Place the prepared frosting into an air tight container and leave at room temperature until ready to use. Or place directly in to a frosting bag fitted with a tip and use immediately. Gather the supplies Remove the lid of the mason jar. Use the royal icing to secure your Ghirardelli Chocolate Snowmen onto the inside of the lid (be careful to not glue close to the rim, as that will make it hard for you to seal the jar back on to the lid). Cut a 2-inch sprig of rosemary (to resemble a pine tree) and glue the sprig to the inside of the lid with the royal icing. Set aside lid to let cool and harden for 10-15 minutes. • Ghirardelli Flatback Snowmen

• Rosemary sprigs
