Pros and Cons to having Page Roles

Allowing more than one person to administer posts or add content can be helpful.

Delegate – set up a schedule of who will post when.

Post Pictures, but also add content to the picture.

Read the articles published in the GFWC Clubwoman Magazine by the Communications and PR Committee.

Don’t post too often, but don’t let them forget who you are either. Daily or by-weekly posts seem to work.

Post before during and after events

Scheduled Posts

You can schedule posts through HootSuite, Facebooks own Scheduler or apps like Pages Manager.

How to post?

Pages Manager is a phone app that allows you to post as THAT Page. As you Notice the GFWC Posts all appear to be posted by GFWC, rather than listed as the name of the person posting. By selecting a photo, choosing to share it using Pages, you can then decide which of the pages you administer to post to.

Club or Group Posts are then Authored by the “Group” rather than a person.

There are also ways to post as the Administrator through you Facebook Page settings.
