SAPPHIRE NOW is growing 18 percent year over year. A “minimum” of 20,000 people are expected in Orlando. 150K+ will stream it online.

The online experience has been simplified: now showing on one platform, sapandasug.com. Theater session replays will be posted within 24 hours.

This year’s event has 53 percent more new attendees.

ASUG Annual Conference - Tips from Danny Pancratz, ASUG Director of Education:


Pancratz manages 800-900 ASUG speakers across events. ASUG’s show has 400 customer sessions from 275 customer presenters/co-presenters.

Pancratz says: “Head to the ASUG Hub!” – The Hub is home base for formal and informal sessions with your customer peers – including interactive work sessions.

You fill find ASUG topic meetups and sessions searching by topic in the Agenda Builder.

Tip: Starting on Tuesday morning, check the mobile app for “Discover Tiles” which will feature “hot topic” meetups.

There will be two ASUG Theaters with interactive events throughout the show.

Many ASUG influence sessions are open to all, and some speakers will have interactive roundtables right after their talks.
