Get spotted at the Amsterdam international fashion week (AIFW)  Fashionable people, famous people, photographers all kind of people who are coming to the Fashion show of Monique Colligon.

When I arrive at the main entrance of the mainbilding from the AIFW at 5 PM I see everywhere people I know from television, people who work as stylist, hairdressers, makeup artist, photographers. My body got so much adreline right now, it’s my first real fashion show and its already amazing, and it even didn’t started. I’m dressed in a black jumpsuit with a red heart bag, red lipstick and open high heels while its only 3 degrees outside. People stare at me while am walking in but actually its feels quiet well. At 5:30 I meet the man who arranged the ticket for me and who is a work partner of my dad. Actually I never met him but he seems to be really nice and his wife looks beautiful, with a classic look but still young.

The show will start at 6 pm but with fashion the right translation is fashionable late the right chose for the moment of fashion shows. Finally at 6:30 we can walk in and while I was walking to my seat F1 6, am walking over the catwalk. The white amazing catwalk where I always dreamed of, where I was walking on in my dreams and now that dream finally became true. For a moment I was in heaven but well its was only a moment because it was busy and when I was looking at my right and left all the famous were taking all there seats. When I arrived at my seat there was a goodie bag. I love goodie bags, free things are great. Inside there was some stuff for you hair because the big sponsor is REDKEN. The light goes off. Music starts and the light comes up like sun, music with a mix of jungle and the sound of making photos, really creative but the weird mix for this designer. Monique Colligon is a woman who mostly design for people around 40 years old but when the first model comes up I see that the dress she wears actually really funky and young is. Colours from Berge to brown, Blue, Black, pink, grey and blue jeans with big pipes, really seventies. I see a few glitters and a lot of transparent fabric and a lot of layers. There are some dresses until the ground but the most dresses are above the knee. The shoes they wear are all the same, black closed high heels. The hair is seventies and pin-up. The make-up is really natural but with red or pink lips. Every model comes 2 times up and when a long grew dress finish the catwalk, Monique Colligion comes up with all her models hand in hand. The show is finish but I walk fast down with my goodie bag and ask some famous people questions about themselves. I also met a designer who dressed really weird with pink hair, and all pircings and someone who’s going to make it says Marlies Dekker who is lingerie designer and got shops all over the world. I ask him some questions about where he is working on and about his school years. And told I just have to do what I like. When I enter the main entrance all the fashion people are still there, also some big TV stations who are interviewing people. I just was walking around, see how the people are connecting, moving, talking. And there she was Monique Colligion and she walked my way and was standing next to me, she was

looking at me like, hey you look cute, so I smiled. Later I walked to a fashion stylist who works for model program here in Holland and ask him some questions about styling. I ask him what going to be the new trend in his eyes and he told me that I was the new trend. Red lipstick, waist, high open heels. Short fringe, so I was happy. He ask me what I was doing and I answered that I studying fashion communication and marketing and he told me that he thinks that I’m perfect to be a stylist but that I have to be careful and work really hard. Why is Holland so great, everybody is so nice and told me I looked great, people were taking pictures of me and were asking me questions. This is where I belong; this is where I have to be. Now I know it for sure, I’m made for fashion.
