with regard to your letter of March 21, 2005 requesting additional information pertaining to assessment work submission for claim #3014337 I am submitting a separate letter declaring that I obtained sample material from the Tweed Core Library and did not enter upon the claim and ~hat the necessary location and descriptive information was obtained from assessment records.

With regard to your request for details on the location of the samples used I am submitting a "Geologic and Drillhole Plan Map" prepared by the previous owners, 698366 Alberta Ltd., (as claim #950275) who drilled the holes from which the material was taken. A summary of drillhole locations and other pertinent data is appended and drill logs of those portions of the holes that were sampled are included herewith.

The present claim #3014337 was staked on the exact location of previous claim #950275 so that the location of the drillholes relative to the old and new claim boundaries is the same. This letter report contains the results of preliminary testwork conducted on the assay reject samples submitted by Mr. Ed Neczkar.

The seventeen samples submitted were inventoried and weighed. The detailed sample list is attached to this letter.

Each sample was split in half; one portion was saved and stored at Lakefield's facilities and the second portion was combined into an overall composite.

This composite was well mixed; two head samples were riffled out, and submitted for head assays and two 1 kg test charges were prepared for cyanide leaching.

The head samples assayed 1.96 glt and 1.99 glt Au, as shown in the attached Certificate of Analyses. The grind size was 98% minus 200 mesh.

A sample of the overall composite was submitted for a standard "bottle-roll" cyanidation test. This test was conducted at 33% solids for 48 hours. The NaCN concentration was maintained at 1 giL throughout the test period and the pH was maintained at 10.5-11 level with lime additions.

The test conditions and results are presented in Table 1 below, and the test details are attached to this letter-report.

The results indicated that the recovery of gold was 97.5%, leaving a residue assaying 0.05-0.06 glt Au. The calculated head grade (from the cyanidation test metallurgical balance) was 2.2 glt Au. The NaCN and lime consumptions were 0.07 kglt and 0.3 kglt respectively.

No additional confirmatory testwork was conducted at this stage of testing.

To examine the recovery of gold by cyanidation on an ore sample.

The sample was pulped with water in as L bottle. Lime and NaCN were added and the leach was carried out over 48 hours on the rolls. NaCN concentration and pH were maintained throughout the leach period, as described below. At the end of the leach period, the pulp was filtered and washed several times with water. The pregnant solution and the residue

were submitted for Au analysis.
