Ryszard Maria Suwalski, D.Sc. CERTIFICATION Certificates of conformity issued in Russia by the Certification Register on Federal Railway Transport (RC FTK): freight bogie type 4RS/N was considered in the UIC/OSZhD Leaflet No. 516 and in the Technical Specifications of Interoperability for freight wagons (appendix Y), Acceptances in the area of the EU:for a passenger coach type 306 A,for a bogie type 25 AN/S.passenger bogie type 25 AN/S will be considered in the UIC/OSD Leaflet No. 524 and in the Technical Specifications of Interoperability passenger coaches.Plans for the time to come: to obtain a certificate issued by the German Federal Railway Office (EBA). COACH TYPE 306A COMFORT TO CUSTOMERS The passenger coaches type 306A are sleeping cars having the EURONIGHT standard equipped with, among others: air-conditioning, vacuum toilets (closed circulation WC), business-class compartments, soundproofed interior of car, suspension system providing a fully smooth run. One should arrange a close co-operation between railways and industry in favour of the system SUW 2000 implementation in both passenger and freight services in the Euro-Asian transport corridors (including PECT I, II and III situated as on the Northern and Central Axis of TEN-T).
