MERRICK is unique in that we develop, produce and support our products within our company. For Geneti x®, this even includes producing the intricate boards for the surface mount circuitry as well as mounti ng and the layout of other mechani-cal components.

In additi on, the soft ware for the controller was developed by MERRICK engineers and programmed specifi cally for each weighing or feeding applicati on. Our programmers rely on our more than 100 years of experience as a manufacturer of dy-namic weighing equipment to ensure the soft ware integrates with Geneti x® hardware to provide the most eff ecti ve soluti on for our customers’ needs.

The stringent procedures followed for producing Geneti x® ensure a quality product with proven performance and reli-ability in even the most challenging industrial conditi ons around the world. Prior to customer delivery, every Geneti x® is aged and exercised in an environmental test chamber with operati onal monitoring for quality assurance confi rmati on.
