continuously at 550° F (305° C).

• Non Fouling – As it is a synthetic fluid, it resists theeffects of oxidation 10 times better than mineral oils.

Thermic fluid-Cooking SystemSeveral static concentrators reflecting / concentratingsolar rays on one receiver each.

The heat generated in receivers due to solar energy istransferred to the oil which in turn is circulated in thesystem to cook food.

The hot oil system is connected with the cookingvessels.

The temperatures achieved can be more than 2000 C.

You can cook, bake, make rotis / chapattis, & fry withsuch system.

Hot Water Application

Thermic Fluid is used as media to heat the water tanks.

Thermic Fluid is passed through receivers toheat it up to 2000 C or more.

By proper insulation, the water can stay hot for longer time as Thermic fluid can store energy.

During long non sunny days, the Thermic fluidcan be heated up using back up system.

Solar Space Heating:Solar Space Heating is a very useful application for an area with low

climate temperature and very good sun radiation (Ideal for higher 

altitudes)

The concentrators heats up the Thermic fluid in the system. Heat

exchangers / Radiators are used to transfer the heat of Thermic

fluid to the air which can heat the room. For larger space heating air 

is blown over the heat-exchanger.

By automatic controls the system keeps the room temperature

constant.

It saves huge amount of fuel used for heating.

Solar Steam Cooking SystemSeveral static concentrators reflecting / concentrating solar rays on

one receiver each.

The steam generated in receivers due to solar energy goes to

header. The system is connected with feed water and steam

pipelines that in turn are inter-connected with the boiler and cooking

vesse system.

How Does it work?The working of the system is very simple.

The ground / surface or Pond water is passed through a radially

outward membrane filter (needs to be replaced once a year)where all the suspended solids are trapped. It also removes the

impurities like Magnesium, calcium salts etc from the water to

make it soft. 

Then the water is heated to temperatures up to by 70 to 900 C for 20 to 30 minutes.

This makes it (Pasteurized) germs free and pure drinkable water.

Applications: All food industries, Dairies, Pharmaceuticals, bottling

plants and many more.

How Does It Work?

In this system water itself works as a refrigerant and

lithium bromide salt solution as an absorbent.

Hot water of 90 0C or Pressurized hot water of 110 to160 0C temperature is generated using the parabolic

systems.

This hot water / steam is supplied to traditional VAM

system

VAM system generates chilled air which can bedistributed to various parts of the building according to

ducting done as per the requirement of the buyer.

Working PrincipalThe parabolic concentrator directs the beam radiationonto a focal point, where the receiver or heat exchanger is placed.

The concentrated solar radiation is absorbed by the heatexchanger to warm the heat transfer medium.

The arabolic concentrator continuousl remains

perpendicular to beam radiation through the use of atracking system which follows the sun's path; this keepsthe mirror reflecting the solar radiation onto the heatexchanger all day long.

The biggest advantage of such systems is that they notonly require little space, but can also be erected andcommissioned in a short period of time.
