I have both administrative and teaching experience in the University. This is evident from the

fact that I have worked a teacher for 32 years and held many administrative post’s like HOD,

DEAN, Syndicate member, Academic council member, Finance officer, Member of the selection

committee, Director PMIE board, etc. Further my work has been appreciated by the University

authorities. I have also worked as the NAAC peer team Chairman. I have also worked as the

chairman of the local inquiry committees of the universities. Further I have worked as the

member of AAA committee of the Sivaji University, Kolhapur which got ‘A’ grade from NAAC.

To increase the gross enrollment ratio of students in higher education.

To foster university industry tie-up.
