Safety• Never exceed your vehicle’s carrying capacity or trailer hitch capacity. (Please refer to capacity

sticker on the trailer hitch). Some vehicles may require air shocks or other modifications to the ve-hicle’s suspension. Please check your owner’s manual for vehicle hauling capabilities.

• Never exceed the maximum rated weight capacity of the motorcycle carrier.• Your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle’s capacity to carry a load.• Will not work with Class II or smaller receivers.• Please check with your dealer to find out your vehicle’s carrying capacity.• Not recommended for tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel trailers and camping trailers.• Do not put the product on any kind of trailer, motorhome, or RV.• Not recommended for use with hitch adapters/extensions.• Not recommended for rear motor mounted scooters over 300 lbs.• Although the carrier can be assembled by one person, we highly recommend that you have a helper.

AssemblyStep 1. Place the channel (M) on the ground upside down.

Step 2. Attach the main frame (K) to the hinge located in the middle of the channel (M). It is important that the main frame is able to lay flat when facing the spring handle catch. This will enable passenger side loading of your bike when the carrier is fully assembled.

Step 3. Insert hinge pin (E) and secure with cotter pin (H).

Step 4. Pivot the main frame (K) toward the extender plate. The main frame should now be resting at an angle.

Step 5. Slide the level control bar (J) onto the male end of the main frame (K), then apply two long 3/8" bolts (B) with a washer on each side of the level control bar followed by a nut. Tighten both bolts with a wrench and/or socket wrench.

Step 6. Place the tie down bar (L) onto the level control bar (J), lining up the two holes. Make sure the holes on the ends are facing up (these will be tie down points for straps). Insert two long 3/8" bolts (B) in the center holes with a washer on each side followed by a nut. Tighten with a wrench and/or socket wrench.

Step 7. Swivel the level control bar (J) toward the spring handle catch. Pull the spring handle away from the catch, then slide it through the catch hole.

Step 9. Flip the carrier over. Install the wheel hoop (D) on the channel (M) at the non-loading end into the two slots.

Step 11. Place the wheel chock (I) into the carrier. The end holes of the chock will be facing the wheel hoop. Insert a short 3/8" bolt (A) with washer through each side in the middle of the wheel chock. Snug both bolts up with a washer and nut.

Step 10. The wheel hoop is adjustable to fit your tire and bike. Adjust accord-ingly before completely tightening with a wrench and/or socket wrench.

Step 12. Without over-tightening, the wheel chock will be able to swivel into place when in use.

Step 8. Twist the spring handle under the stopper to lock the carrier into position.

Operation

Installation

Step 1. Pull out the extender plate. Use the lock pin to lock the extender plate in place during transport and storage.

Step 2. Pull and rotate the spring handle, tilting the chan-nel until the extender plate is resting on the ground.

Step 3. Load your unit, properly tie down the bike, and go!

Insert the carrier into your vehicle’s hitch receiver. Secure with the hitch pin (F) and cotter pin (H) or the pinch bolt (C).

Product Warranty and LiabilityGENERAL PRODUCT WARRANTY: Products purchased from the Authorized Dealer (original place of purchase) or Merchant (“Dealer”) will be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of receipt, and will meet the specifications stated at the place of purchase transaction or online at the Dealer’s website, under normal use and service when correctly installed, operated and maintained. This product warranty is effective for the period of time stated below, unless otherwise stated in the product instructions or depicted in the product advertisement. All Authorized Dealer warranties are NON-TRANSFERABLE and cover only the original end purchaser. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased through non-authorized dealers. Non-authorized dealer receipts are not accepted for warranty verification.

WARRANTY PERIOD: This warranty remains in force for one year from the date of the product’s accepted delivery. The Authorized Dealer offers a one year manufacturer’s warranty for most products unless otherwise specified on the product advertisement.

WARRANTY SERVICE: The Authorized Dealer will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge, including payment of the shipping costs of parts or replacement product to and from the manufacturer. The purchaser is responsible for labor charges. If the product does not meet specifica-tions as depicted in the advertisement, the Authorized Dealer will refund the full purchase price of the product.

Questions regarding the warranty on a specific product and warranty claims should be directed to the Authorized Dealer with whom the purchase transaction was made.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: The above warranty does not apply to products that are repaired, modi-fied or altered by any party other than the Authorized Dealer; are subjected to unusual physical stress or conditions (such as overloaded ramps or corrosion), natural disaster, governmental actions, wars, strikes, labor disputes, riots, theft, vandalism, terrorism or any reason beyond reasonable control; are damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident or negligence in use, storage, trans-portation or handling, or tampering; or to products that are considered consumable items or items requiring repair or replacement due to normal wear and tear.

Product should be inspected prior to signing for delivery. Product damage incurred during shipping, unless noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery, renders this warranty void.

LIMITED LIABILITY: In no event shall THE AUTHORIZED DEALER be liable to the purchaser or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the prod-uct or any third party products that are used in or with the product, or loss of use of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product.
