Holy Week at GCF:

Palm Sunday Services April 17th

at 9am and 11am

Wednesday Night Bible Study April 20th

at 7pm

Maundy Thursday Service April 21st

at 7pm

Maundy Thursday is an hour long evening service in which we remember and

reflect on the events that occurred on that evening before Jesus was betrayed.

The Lord celebrated the Lord's Supper for the first time, washed the disciples'feet to teach them the importance of servanthood, and gave them 'a new

commandment' to love one another.

Good Friday Service April 22nd

at 12pm

Our Good Friday service is an hour long and begins at noon.

Holy Saturday (Petition and Prayer) April 23rd

from 7am to 7pm

All are welcome to come anytime between 7:00am and 7:00pm to spend time in

prayer - petition and reflection.

Resurrection Sunday Services April 24th

at 9am and 11am

Hope to see you at our Sunday morning Easter service. Invite your family, friends,

and neighbors to come celebrate the resurrection of Christ with us!

RE:THINK Student Ministry Fundraiser Dinner & Movie:We will be having a fantastic fundraiser for our Student Ministry on Friday, April

15th

. A spaghetti dinner will be served ($10 for adults; $5 for kids under 12)

beginning a 6pm and a movie, Toy Story 3, will be shown on a big screen in our

parking lot after the dinner. This will be fun for the whole church family and a

great cause too! All proceeds and donations will be going to our annual Student

Ministry Tennessee Trip. Please plan on coming!

Summer Mission Trip:The dates for this summers mission trip are July 13th 23rd. Once again, well be

working with SOS Ministries ministering to orphans, encouraging pastors &

elders, leading a youth conference, partnering with wonderful El Salvadorian and

Honduran churches, and much more. This trip is open to both teens and adults.

The cost of the trip is $700 plus airfare. See P. Heath for details.

Phaino: An Evening of WorshipMark your calendars for our next Phaino: An Evening of Worship which will b

May 1st. Phaino comes from the Greek word which means to shine,

give light, or to bring light. Every Phaino has its own theme and its own di

worship experience geared to challenged us to phaino (shine) forth the Gosp

Christ as we share and show the love of God to those around us.

Our theme for Sunday, May 1st

is Unplugged and In the Light. We hope to you and your family joins us from 6pm to 7:30pm. Children are encourag

Tuesday Morning Romans Bible Study:

Join Pastor Randy every Tuesday morning for a verse by verse study through

book of Romans. The Bible study is open to all.

Wednesday Night Bible Study:

Our Wednesday night Bible studies (see below) begin at 7pm and end at 8:30

These conversational and in-depth Bible studies are meant to inform our m

and strengthen our faith. Our Student Ministry youth groups meet durin

same time and we also have a wonderful childrens program so its a great

Theology on Tap:

Theology on Tap meets every Wednesday night after the Wednesday Night

Study (9pm) at Your Pizza Shop - 1200 8th Ave SW Largo, FL - to discuss Chri
