THE MANIFOLD WATERHEATERSThe efficiency of gas heating and the convenience of a large waterheater.These, together with the real fact the IDROPI wall gas fired waterheater is simple, silent, cheap and safe, are the advantages thatlead people to prefer IDROPI GVS Series.The products of GVS Series can count on the followingcharacteristics:• The GVS tank is protected against the corrosion by glass lined

process executed in compliance with norms DIN 4753.• The gas valve, set at the bottom, makes the gas fired water

heater more up-to-dated and upright in its appearance.• The conformation of the valve-gas burner group makes

assembling and disassembling easier, avoiding the risk of a gasleak due to the pipe-fitting slackening.

• This conformation makes ordinary maintenance such ascombustion chamber cleaning, exhaust check up, nozzle changingand so on, easier.

• Thanks to a capacity range from 50 up to 120 litres, all domesticneeds are satisfied in line with the highest lifestyle standards.The GVS are equipped with a thermostatic valve containing adevice which interrupts the gas flux immediately in case ofcombustion lack; moreover, the valve is equipped with a safetythermostat which kicks in case of over-heating. An additionalsafety devise is the fume thermostat, which interrupts the gasflow if smokes emissions are hampered.All IDROPI gas fired water heaters are equipped with a magnesiumanode in order to avoid the corrosion process.

INSTANT HOT WATERTo meet all the demand for instant hot water Idropi has introducedthe IGME b series.The IGME b series is equipped with 1.5 V battery electronicignition with ionized flame detection and control whichautomatically switches on and regulates the burner each timehot water is required.The exhaust of smoke is possible through a top-cover which alsoembodies the antiwind device. A smoke thermostat control deviceis an additional safety feature, stopping the combustion in theevent that combustion smoke is not being discharged correctly.These water heaters have been projected to ensure the easy usein many situations, either with methane gas or GPL gas; IGME bseries responds to the needs of users requiring a normal supplyof hot water. All the models are equipped with automatic variationgas device (flame modulation), allowing that the gas used isregulated automatically in accordance with water required.The combustion is safe and silent. Models are available with either11 or 14 litre per minute capacity and provide hot water with anaverage temperature of 45°C

THE SAFE GAS FIREDWATER HEATER

Idropi also produces gas fired storage water heaters with sealedcombustion chamber and forced ventilation.It is well known that this system guarantees higher safetystandards: it completely isolates the combustion-related parts ofthe water heaters from the spot in which the set is applied.These water heaters are therefore suitable in locations with limitedventilation.The SECURGAS GSG series models allow various options forexternal connection: supplying and side outlet, roofed, co-axialor separated.No matter which connection is used, the flow of air and smokein and out is regulated by a fan in the outlet smokes cap.A pressure switch closes the gas flux to the burner in case ofanomalies or pipe obstruction. The valve opening and the lamplighting are regulated through an electronic guard board, whichchecks that the water heater is working correctly.The tank of SECURGAS GSG, as all other IDROPI products, isprotected against the corrosion by glass lined process executedin compliance with norms DIN 4753; The product is equippedwith a magnesium anode in order to avoid the corrosion process.Moreover in order to minimises the thermic leaks and for helpingenergy savings, a thick and dense polyurethane foam insulatedthe product.The SECURGAS Series is supplied with nozzle equipment foradapting the burner to liquid gas usage.

Schools, hospitals, sports facilities, hotels – many scenarios requirea wide availability of hot water in a short time.EURO GSX Idropi models are projected to cope flexibly with thosewho requires optimum performance and reliability. The capacityseries combines economic use with a large supply of water.The water heaters can be linked to large storage tanks or to otherwater heaters (in battery) avoiding very expensive installations.EURO GSX models are protected from corrosion by the glass liningof the tank at 860° C and by a large magnesium anode.High quality performance is thanks to the well-considereddimension of the burner and combustion chamber as well as thespecial turbolator which guarantees the best thermic exchangeimproving combustion with the respect of the environmentalpollution limits.The thick CFC free polyurethane foam which surrounds the entirewater heater tank provides optimal insulation and guaranteeslong lasting heating.All models are equipped with a smoke thermostat which stopsthe gas outlet when the removing of the combustion smokes isirregular through the discharge pipe.

HIGH USESame futures as the EURO GSX series. Projected for those customerswho need large demand of hot water for industrial and communityuse.The water heater is equipped with a thermostatic valve to regulatetemperature and is supplied with a safety thermostat which kicksin if overheating is caused by malfunction of the heater.If the safety thermostat comes into action, the flow of gas isinterrupted both at the main burner and at the pilot. Safety isfurther guaranteed by a smoke thermostat placed on the smokecap which controls the normal discharge of combustion emission.If exhaust emission comes out of the smoke cap, the thermostatimmediately stops the flow of gas, either at the main burner orat the pilot’s.The tank is protected against the corrosion by glass lined processexecuted in compliance with norms DIN 4753; The product isequipped with a magnesium anode in order to avoid the corrosionprocess.Moreover in order to minimises the thermic leaks and for helpingenergy savings, a thick and dense polyurethane foam insulatedthe product.

Idropi also offers a series of gas fired water heaters with sealedcombustion chamber for industrial use.This series, called GSX SG SECURGAS, is characterised by thesealed combustion chamber. In addition smoke emission iscompletely separate from the spot where the gas water heatersare installed.GSX SG SECURGAS offers a maximum safety guarantee, with thecontrol guard board monitoring all aspects of the heater fromthe lighting of the burner to correct discharge of smoke.A wide range of components to establish the functioning of inletsand outlets has also been planned, to meet every demand.
