Your place in the market.2015 End of Year Report I Garry Jones

Hello.

Welcome to my end of year report for Windsor, Wilston, Gordon Park and Grange. As a local

property owner myself it is wonderful to see the level of festive and community sprit on show at

this time of year. Out walking my dog Zara seeing all the little street gatherings, the lights and

decorations, and the renovations taking place reminds me of how attractive and friendly this

neighbourhood is and confirms why so many buyers are keen to buy here.

Recent data has continued to highlight that suburbs closest to the centre of Brisbane, especially

those at the middle to upper end of the market, remain in demand and are consistently fairing

well in terms of positive sale price growth and also in terms of the numbers of properties selling.

Brisbane, and particularly inner-suburban Brisbane, has been one of the most stable and

consistent property markets during the past five years with relatively subdued growth when

compared to gains seen in Sydney and Melbourne. This consistency has proven to be a

significant deciding factor for many buyers and sellers as the majority of market participants

continue to trade in and out of homes as a principal place of residency.

With the festive season fast approaching and summer pretty much upon us already, there remains

a level of buoyancy in buyer confidence and a willingness to buy that is not being matched by the

supply of property coming to market. With fewer properties on the market, now is a great time to

take advantage of low competition should you be thinking about selling.

The current market.

37 Taylor Street, Windsor Garry was focused, calm and informative throughout the entire process. He has

outstanding communication skills so we knew at all times what was happening. He

has an obvious passion for the industry and we have no doubt that Garry worked

extremely hard and that we benefited from his exceptional negotiation skills to get us

the best possible result. Above all else Garry is a great bloke.

and for a price that was acceptable to

us at Auction. Having never auctioned

before, Garry made us feel comfortable

during the process, keeping us informed

and up to date on the progress so we

were never left in the dark.

Throughout the process Garry was

considerate, professional, and diligent

and went out of his way to help us in any
