During thisperiod, Jhoniel was employed HVAC Project Supervision for construction project of MilitaryHospital- Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Role 3, NAMSA Project in Kandahar AirbaseIn conjunction with the United Kingdom based design team, develop and coordinatemechanical, electrical, plumbing, gas, fire, and HVAC systems design into construction,including the provision of detailed and shop drawings, general lay-outs and detail installationlay-outs.
Jhoniel was punctual, neat in his work, and polite. He worked under the supervision of an ex-pat Engineer and showed that he could work unsupervised.
A team player, he asked questions when needed and then got on the job. He was a valuedmember of the team who made a significant contribution to MTF Hospital projects ending ontime and within budget.
