Due to the fact that the primary focus of the company is on the production of seaweed

extracts for the plant and animal markets, BioAtlantis has decided to subcontract any potential chelation production to EPA registered companies for the foreseeable future.

We understand that if processes involving chelation are to commence at our sites in Tralee or

Kanturk, we will require a licence under Class 5, Chemicals, of the First Schedule of the EPA Act 1992.
