What is Funno?

Funno is a fun, challenging and entertaining boardgame

It is made of 64 playing cards, 64 puzzle piecesand a color coded game board. Each cardcorresponds to a puzzle piece

To win, a player must connect all the puzzle piecesthat correspond to his or her cards over a spacematching its color on the game board

Communication Management Plan

For any project to be successful, communication is the key. Managers and team members would devote at least 80%

of the time to communicate and work together 

Funno Project requires weekly team meetings of the

project team members

Weekly status reports will be submitted by the variousdepartment members to the Project manager 

Face to Face meetings would be held on a regular basis to

keep the information flowing amongst different keymanagers

Minutes of the meetings would be sent out via email to allthe concerned people
