Didn’t you hear? Breakfast is the new long lunch! People are busy. They have things to do. Long lunches generally turn into happy hour drinks and before you know it, it’s tomorrow.

Having a breakfast event is the perfect way to kick off someone’s day in an exciting manner, you’re more likely to get an RSVP and everyone can get back to their busy schedules, still

Subsidised Drinks You as the organiser of the function will indicate the dollar amount you will be putting on the bar tab. Your guests then purchase drinks at an agreed subsidised amount and the remainder

comes off your tab For example, a glass of QSR wine is normally $9 You could have your guests pay $5 per glass and the remaing $4 comes off your tab.

1. A completed Function Booking Form and a deposit of $10 per person is required to secure allfunction bookings. Payment methods include: Amex, Master Card, Visa, Business Cheque, EFT or Cash. All credit card payments will incur a 2.5% surcharge

2. Confirmation -To confirm a tentative booking you must pay all requested deposits and send a written confirmation of agreement to all terms and conditions outlined in this contract to office@qs-rescue.com.au stating your full name and phone

3. Function Cancellations -If your event Is cancelled, the following terms apply: If you want to cancel your event. then you must notify us in writing. If you notify us by no later than. 48 hours prior to the event date.then we will refund the holding deposit less an administration fee of $20. If you notify us that you wish to cancel your event less than 48 hours prior to the event date, then we will cancel your event and all deposits (holding deposit, balance deposit) will be forfeited. In addition, to the loss of your deposit. you will also be liable for any pre-paid costs or liabilities to any third parties including but not limited to food. beverage, staffing etc.

4. Final numbers of attendees of functions must be confirmed no later than 48 hours for canape and 24 hours for the rest prior to your event. Failure to provide accurate numbers. within reason. will result in you being charged the full amount of agreed function value regardless of actual attendees.

5. BYO -Queen Street Rescue allows the bringing of bottled wine for consumption by patrons on the premises. If you wish to cater wine for your function we charge a flat “corkage” fee of $10 per bottle. You may provide your own cake or dessert item however we do charge a per person cakage charge of $2 in orde~ to provide such services as taking delivery, storage, presentation, cutting and plating of the said item. If your party is of 25 people or larger then a flat rate of $50 cakage applies.

6. Additional charges may be incurred by you for food and1~everage. or other services. consumed by you or your guests. These charges may be in excess pf those agreed upon prior to the event and must be finalised on the day/night or with the final payment.

7. Final function payment must be made no later than the agreed ‘final’ payment day·.

8. Queen Street Rescue proudly supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol Laws set·by the state of Victoria. We are responsible for t~e safety of your function and other patrons and Queen Street Rescue reserves the right to cease service of alcohol if a person is deemed to be intoxicated by our staff. Continued supply of alcohol to a person deemed to be intoxicated will result in your function being can-celled and payment will be required in full. We also reserve the right to eject and refuse entry or re-entry to all quarrelsome and or intoxicated persons from the venue in an orderly manner and without liability. 9.You are responsible for damage sustained to the venue facilities or infrastructure caused by you. your guests or anyone attending the function. Additional charges may be incurred in the instance where an event has created cleaning requirements that are corsidered. in our opinion. to be above and beyond the normal cleaning duties.

10. Your property must be removed from the venue no more than 24 hours after the completion of your function/event. We do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise or property left at the venue.

11. Public holidays will incur a 10% surcharge on total function spend

12. Beverage packages including wine & spirits can change without prior notice for equal or greater value. Beverage packages do not include shots, double servings.
