The Bendigo Club offers you the complete function experience with our beautiful lush surrounds, various sized state of the art indoor spaces and lovely outdoor areas.

Ranging from breakfast, lunch, cocktail, or dinner the Bendigo Club will do it all, making sure your function is hassle free and full of enjoyment for all. Please see below for areas available for private hire and if you would like more information or discuss hire costs of the areas, please contact our Events Co-Ordinator on 5443 0780.

FUNCTION SPACES

Naismith RoomThe Bendigo Club’s main function room overlooks the bowling green and gardens and can cater for up to 180 guests. Including a large dance floor and full bar facilities, the room is perfect for formal dinners or large stand-up events. Full AV equipment is available and adjoining the room is a large external deck perfect for extra space or pre dinner drinks and canapes.

Woodbury RoomSuited to smaller and less formal events, the room has full AV setup, with catering and full bar service also available. The Woodbury Room can join with the Naismith Room to cater for functions of up to 250 people.

Members BarRecently renovated, the Members Bar is suited to smaller parties, dinners and meetings. Full bar service is available along with several large LCD televisions lining the room.

Garden TerraceThe hidden gem of Bendigo boasting a large paved area, water fountain, lush trees and gardens. Catering for up to 70 guests, the Terrace is ideal for relaxed lunches, gourmet BBQ’s or a cocktail party under the stars.

FUNCTION BOOKING FORM To complete your booking please complete the following information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Tentative bookings will be held for a period no longer than 7 (seven) days.

2. A deposit equivalent to the room hire amount is required on confirmation of booking. This deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation of your function except in the following circumstances

- If cancellation is within 60 days function 50% of the deposit will non-fefundable - If cancellation is within 28 days function the entire deposit is non-refundable

3. Final numbers for your function will be required no later than ten days prior to the

date of your function. Payment will be charged based on the final numbers you have provided, except in the event that numbers increase prior to the date of your function.

4. The Bendigo Club Inc reserves the right to hire security for any function. The fee for hire will be on charged to the client.

5. It is required that the function organiser conduct his/her event in an orderly manner in full compliance with all statutory laws.

6. The Bendigo Club Inc reserves the right to exclude or eject any objectionable persons from the premises without liability.

7. Organisers are financially responsible for any damage sustained to any part of the premises by the organiser, guests, invitees, or other people attending their function.

8. The Bendigo Club Inc does no accept any responsibility for damage or loss of any personal items prior to, during, or after the event.

9. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought in for consumption at the event.

10. The Bendigo Club Inc reserves the right to move your function (with notification) if your numbers decrease from those originally quoted.
