A Message from Your Senior Club

President, Pauline Aguero:

The year 2018 has arrived and the Senior Club is arranging an

exciting calendar of events for the upcoming year. Pauline Baker

has arranged a benefit for the Club with Polly’s Pies. Enjoy a meal

at their restaurant at 136 North Raymond in Fullerton and 20% of

the proceeds will be donated to the Senior Club. Please present the

Polly’s Pies coupon in this newsletter to your server when you

visit the restaurant on February 1st or pick one up at the Club of-

fice. Come and enjoy Polly’s while supporting the

Senior Club.

Save the date for the Winter Wonderland Social on February 15,

2018 at 3:00 and dance to the music of the Five Star Band. The

entrance fee is $5.00. Flyers are available in the Senior Club

Office.

Starting the 1st of March, membership in the Club will be required

to book travel events. This is due to the limitation imposed on

nonprofit clubs for income received from non-member sources.

We are considering a human interest addition to the Fullerton

Senior News. This would feature people and/or programs in a

story with a photo. Volunteers are welcome to be in charge of this

effort.

Phyllis Levin has been appointed as the new Social Chairperson.

She is currently planning out the new year’s parties. Volunteers to

help with social events should contact Phyllis who is at the Mem-

bership Desk in the Club Office every Monday.

Don’t forget to renew your Club membership for the new year!

Polly’s will donate 20% of proceeds to the Fullerton

Senior Club when you bring this coupon and present it

to your server. No coupons or discounts will apply, ordering must be based on the

regular price meal. Flyer must be attached to receipt for credit.
