We offer a fully fledged navigation package within our software. The programme contains all the navigation functions and data, such as speed, course, depth and wind direction.

Tanklevels of the fuel, water and drain tank can be displayed on your screen in liters or in percentages.

Camera recordings of your ship can be displayed in Monitoring & control. Via touchscreen you can direct the cameras and even view the recordings at home on your smartphone or tablet.

By using the rudder angle indicator you can check the angle of the rudder under your boat in a single glance.

Complete climate-control on board. By connecting the heating, airconditioning and ventilation systems you can create the right temperature on every part of the ship.

The navigation package by Yachtcontrol will lead the way anywhere in the world. AIS objects

The AIS-signal can determine and display the exact position of other vessels. The AIS also provides you with information on the name, course and sailvelocity of other vessels and calculates where and when you will pass by a ship.

PC Radar

By adding a PC radar-aerial on your ship Yachtcontrol Navigation becomes a fully-fledged navigation solution. The use of the radar in the navigation programme functions effortlessly due to the simple control and the view of a radar-overlay on the digital map.

Currents and tides

Current arrows and tidestations are available as an extra layer on the Navionics maps. During your sea voyage you are able to view the strength and the direction of the currents all over the world.

Polar diagram

Yachtcontrol offers the posibility of displaying a polar diagram of your ship in the navigation screen. Our software calculates how your current speed relates to the speed according to the polar diagram, using speed and wind direction statistics.

Route planning

Yachtcontrol Navigation simply calculates the most efficient route to your destination. You also have the option of setting your own route with waypoints.

Digital maps

With digital switching, you have the convenience to operate your electrical and electronic equipment with wireless EnOcean switches and via Yachtcontrol Monitoring & control. This gives you complete control over systems such as lighting, sound signals, temperature, audio, energy and movement.

Ais & PC radar

See and be seenDue to AIS (Automatic Identification System) you receive a clear view of every surrounding vessel, including information on their course and speed. The AIS signal is received through the Marine VHF radio aerial and displayed in Yachtcontrol Navigation.

Simrad’s oceanworthy automatic steering systems contain the standard inclusion of incorporated steering patterns, a diverting function, a virtual rudder position determiner and advanced wind control. Determine your course with ease by using the display or remote control. The autopilot can be incorporated easily into the Yachtcontrol software. The Yachtcontrol Navigation allows you to appoint the system to follow a certain route, or lead you to a waypoint.

Yachtcontrol offers a broad range of driveunits such as a hydraulic lineair drive, reversible and permant running pumps. Every type of driveunit can be provided in either the 12V or the 24V variety.
