i NO MASK = NO ENTRY! NO EXCEPTIONSi PLEASE NOTE: For the Safety of All Attendees, Tremaine Dance reserves

the right to refuse entry or remove a guest who is NOT adhering to thesafety measures including but not limited to wearing a Mask, and/orSocial Distancing. Any guest having a Temperature, and/or exhibitingflu-like Symptoms will need to immediately leave the event and alert us ofthose they have come in contact with during the event so we can takeappropriate action.

i 6 FOOT DISTANCING REQUIREDi COVID-19 WAIVERS are signed by All Attendees as part of

CHAPERONE PASSES:

i MUST BE VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES< Allows wearer access into the Junior Ballroom during class to

check on your dancer(s)< It grants no further rights nor privileges< It is NOT an Observing Pass< Property of the Primary Registrant/Studio< May be shared with other Studio Approved Chaperones< Must be surrendered to a Tremaine Representative at any

time if Requested< Children under 3 years of age Not Admitted into Dance

Classrooms for any reason - without exception

HOTEL ETIQUETTE: < Hotels are Public Areas< Observe Safety Practices< Travel in Pairs< Wear appropriate Cover Ups< No Tap Shoes outside of Ballroom Area

COMPETITION:

< Possibility of Competition on Night Before Convention, 2 weeksprior notice

SCHOLARSHIPS:

AUDITIONED & AWARDED BY BALLROOM REGISTRATION Dancers will Audition in the Ballroom they are Registered in.

Scholarships will be Announced at the end of the Last Class on Last Day.

< 21 TREMAINE SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED IN EACH CITY:* 3 MVP National Scholarships - 1 JR, 1 TN & 1 SR *winter only

- Attend National Convention Tuition Free for that season- Chosen by our Faculty’s observations during event

1 Freestyle Faceoff Scholarship - 1 TN or SR *winter only

- Attend National Convention Tuition Free for that season- Chosen by their peers during on-stage dance battle

2 Hip Hop Scholarships - 1TN & 1 SR- Attend 1 Convention Tuition Free - valid for 1 year- Chosen by our Hip Hop Faculty’s observations in class

< AUDITIONS - The following Scholarships chosen byAudition Process

- 12 Convention Scholarships (4 each- JR, TN & SR) - 1 Tuition Free Convention valid for 1 year

- 3 Yearlong Convention Scholarships (1 ea. JR, TN & SR) - Tuition Free Conventions for 1 year

iEligibility - All Full-Convention Paid Junior, Teen, Senior & Asst.Teacher Registrants may audition

AUDITION PROCESS:

< NO SIGN-UP LIST g NO FEE < Only Auditioning Dancers, Teachers & Assistant Teachers

are allowed in the audition. < No other observers during audition

*Dancers not auditioning must vacate the roomi AUDITIONS START PROMPTLY

- Be in your ballroom for audition PRIOR TO START TIME.- Only Registered Teachers may enter after audition starts- NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY REASON

i EXITING THE AUDITION FOR ANY REASON - No Re-Entry into the Ballroom until audition is over< Announcement of Winners - Winners Announced at the

end of Last Class on Last Day in each Ballroom
