What communication will 60 Day Trim Up participants receive?

60 Day Trim Up participants will receive weekly emails from Plexus to help keep them motivated and on-target with their goals. Emails include a video from Plexus Health and Wellness coach, Michelle Patrick, and will be loaded with tips for weight loss success.

What do I need to do at the end of my 60 days? Participants who’ve finished their 60 days must return to their 60 Day Trim

Up dashboard within one week of reaching their 60 day mark. They’ll need to upload two “after” photos, as well as write and submit a 250-500 word short story about their experience.

Participants who finish their 60 days prior to May 1, 2017, will also need to submit a maintenance photo on their dashboard to maintain eligibility. Maintenance photos are due every two weeks.

When will the winners of the 60 Day Trim Up be announced and notified?

Winners of the 60 Day Trim Up will be notified and announced on or before 9 pm EST on June 9, 2017.

If I’m unhappy with my results, can I return the products I purchased to participate in the 60 Day Trim Up?

Products purchased during participation in the 60 Day Trim Up can be returned under our 60-day money back guarantee. Participants who return products are no longer eligible to win prizes.

Will membership in the 60 Day Trim Up Facebook Group require approval?

Yes, all membership requests will be approved based on participation in the 60 Day Trim Up.

Social media engagement is 10 percent of my score; what does that mean?

Your social media score is mostly derived from the frequency of participation on your personal social media accounts. Share your tips for a healthier lifestyle, newly discovered recipes, favorite workouts, and more using the hashtag #60daytrimup.

Are International Customers eligible to participate? International Customers and Ambassadors aren’t eligible to participate in the

60 Day Trim Up at this time.

Will my autoship be automatically terminated after the participation period?

Having an autoship is a convenient way for you to keep receiving the products you love. And, you’ll continue receiving your autoship after your 60 Day Trim Up has ended.

If at any time after the 60 days you would like to change the details of your autoship, including what products you receive, you may do so by logging into your account.

My qualifying autoship is in place. What do I do now?

Congrats! You’re ready for the 60 Day Trim Up. Head to www.60daytrimup.com. Use the same Customer ID and password as you do to manage your existing Plexus customer account and register.

If you have a qualifying order, registration is easy peasy and you’ll be done in a matter of moments. If you don’t currently have a qualifying autoship, you’ll receive instructions to visit your Back Office and manage your autoship.

Oops! I forgot my password and/or customer ID. Can customer service reset for me?

Forgotten passwords and customer IDs are easily retrievable at 60daytrimup.com; our customer service team doesn’t have access to reset.

Can I register over the phone? Registration for the 60 Day Trim Up is only available on the website.

I’ve successfully completed my registration for the 60 Day Trim Up. Now what?

Awesome! To start your 60 days, upload your “before” photos and measurements. To remain eligible, registered participants must start their 60 days no later than two weeks after their registration date.

What if I miss a deadline? No exceptions will be made for registration or start dates.

Participants who miss these deadlines are no longer eligible for prizes and are unable to re-register for the 60 Day Trim Up.
