Part I:Search & claim your business profile

Step 1: Go to the homepage for forwarders

Choose Fleet for Forwarders on the main menu of Fleet’s homepage.

It will bring you to the homepage for freight forwarders

Step 2: Go to freight forwarder sign up page

Once you are at the freight forwarder homepage, choose Sign Up on the upright corner.

It will bring you to the freight forwarder sign up page, where you can check if your business profile already exists on Fleet.

Step 3: Find your business

The search results will appear right under the search box. If you see your business in the list, select it

Type your business name in this search box

Once you find your business, key in your first and last name, click Get Started to move to the next step.

Complete this form with information about yourself.

Click Sign Up to complete the claim.

Step 3: Submit the claim

You will see this message upon your submission.

We will review your information and be in touch with you via email within one business day.

Part II: Register your business profile

(in case you cannot find it on Fleet)

If your business profile does not exist on Fleet, you will see “No results found” appears under the search box.

Step 1: Go to Freight Forwarder Sign Up form

Click “here” if you can’t find your business.

It will bring you to Freight Forwarder Sign Up form.

The first half of the form requires you to key in information about your business.

Step 2: Fill in information about your business

Once filled in the form above, click Create Business to complete the process.

The second half of the form is information about yourself as the representative for your business.

Step 3: Fill in information about yourself as the representative for your business

You will see this message upon your submission.

We will review your information and be in touch with you via email within one business day.

What if your business is already claimed by someone else?

Contact us at support@tryfleet.com, we will work that out with you.
