SARIThe sari is a tradi-tional wrap-around garment for women, worn with one end tossed over the shoul-der. Everyday attire for rich and poor alike, saris have been a colourful mainstay of the Indian womans wardrobe for centu-ries.

Make your bag one of a kind* by adding re-cycled cotton saris as handles, lining or decoration.

*As no two saris are the same, every bag is unique. You can specify the range of shades you desire, but not specific colours.

All saris are washed before being used in Freeset products.

Human trafficking and poverty feed Indias sex trade, where women and children forced into prostitution face a life without choices, marginalised by society.

Freeset is a bag and apparel manufacturing business whose purpose is to provide these women with a way out of prostitution.

Women are employed on the basis of their need for a job, not the skills they bring to it. They are trained, paid a good wage and signed up to a health insurance plan and pension fund. For many it is the first time they can be proud of the place they work.
