I watch TV everyday.
He is watching TV. She liked to eat chocolates.
She likes to eat chocolates.
We use the present simple for things that are true in general or for things that happen sometimes or all the time.

Points to Remember
Put -es after verb, if the word ends with -s / -sh / -ch– pass passes– finish finishes– Watch watches– batch batches
Put -ies after verb, if the verb ends with -y– study studies– try tries– do does– go goes
