Meditation is one amazing and yet very simple and practical technique which can help to reduce stress dramatically. It helps increase mental clarity, focus, awareness and overall happiness and hence enhance one's capacity to deal with their day to day frustrations, stress and challenges and bring fullness to life. As a result, it nurtures Creativity & Innovation, increased sense of belongingness and team bonding, resulting in improved business growth, human resources stickiness, creating an enthusiastic and innovative work culture. Just few minutes of meditation daily can help achieve all that!!  So in this regard, we want to introduce the true simple technique meditation to all the employees in your office. So I would request you to please give us a 40 minutes slot to conduct this workshop. We will have a 20 minutes meditation session and we will explain more about it in the remaining 20 minutes.
