Following Christ Online Course: As Catholics we are followers of Christ. How is our relationship with Jesus? Could we be better disciples of his? Following Christ is a nine-week course designed to help us do just that. It proposes disciplines that have been practised by Christians since the early Church, which help people develop and deepen their friendship with God: personal prayer, Scripture, the Sacraments, etc. Anyone who is committed to Jesus Christ can join and benefit from it. The course will begin on Monday 6 July at 730pm online. For further details or to register see josephfrancis.org/christ-life. For all queries contact Deacon Didier on 07895 885315 or [email protected]

Update on the Blessed Virgin Mary statue project: to replace the statue on the sea-facing wall; born out of the desire by some parishioners to replace the missing statue; honouring our Blessed Lady; comforting those who see the statue (seafarers, Clevedon locals & visitors, including people on the pier). With the oversight of Fr. Reg &the PPC, a small team is currently preparing the project for the Parish (Maureen Geis, Patrick Dillon + Deacon Mario). It is a project from the Parish, for the Parish (the funding will not come out of the Parish budget, but from specific private donations). Each parishioner will be able to vote for one or several of the proposed statues, or provide their opinion, whether they wish to contribute financially to the project or not. For further detail on this project please click here.
