ANGUILLAExpanding the Four Seasons presence in the Caribbean, our new resort is located on the small, exclusive island of Anguilla – casual yet chic, with no casinos and no cruise ships. About the size of Manhattan, Anguilla is intimate enough to give everyone the feeling that it’s their own private island. This contemporary Resort offers 166 guest rooms, suites and villas, including more than 80% with sea views. Most accommodations are two- to five-bedroom villas, providing perfect options for multi-generational travel. Four restaurants and lounges overlook the beachfront. Amenities include a seaside spa, a sports pavilion, three heated outdoor pools and nearly a kilometre (over half a mile) of white sand. Events unfold in 1,220 square metres (13,127 square feet) of flexible indoor and outdoor space, with the largest venue at 424 square metres (4,560 square feet).

BOGOTÁ In Colombia, we have two intimate new hotels. Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá is a charming heritage icon, reflecting the city’s sense of energy, confidence and fun. Guests are immersed in the Zona T, Bogotá’s prime setting for stylish shopping and dining. The 64 eclectic accommodations include 33 suites. Connecting to the city’s social scene, the authentic Japanese restaurant pairs a live-action charcoal robata grill and sushi counter with unique sakes and Japanese beers. There’s an intimate spa with four treatment rooms and an on-site fitness centre. As the city’s small-meeting specialist, the Hotel offers 52 square metres (559 square feet) of space in two private function rooms – the largest at 34 square metres (366 square feet).

BOGOTÁ (CASA MEDINA)Our second property in the Colombian capital has long been recognised as one of Bogotá’s finest luxury hotels. With its stone columns and handsome brick façade, the stately Casa Medina is perfectly placed for business – and nestled within the Zona G (for Gastronomy), Bogotá’s destination for the best restaurants. The 62 sophisticated accommodations include 25 suites – each unique, with colonial-style beamed ceilings and handcrafted doors. The flagship restaurant serves the best of Spanish cuisine on a lively streetside terrace and in a sheltered courtyard. The guest experience is enhanced by an intimate spa and fitness centre. With 425 square metres (4,575 square feet) of function space, the Hotel features the Casa Medina Ballroom – measuring 239 square metres (2,573 square feet) – as well as three function rooms.

LA-NA‘IProviding a totally new experience, the small, private island of La-na‘i offers an innovative new vision of a Hawaiian resort – a sophisticated sanctuary for guests who appreciate only the very best. The 213 accommodations, including 45 suites, all feature a furnished lanai or balcony with views of the ocean or lush, botanical gardens. Eight dining options include the cliffside NOBU LA-NA‘I and ONE FORTY for American steak and Hawaiian seafood. Resort amenities include the spa, pools, and a beach on a protected marine sanctuary and a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course with ocean views from every hole. Activities highlight the island’s contrasting landscapes, both upcountry and on the water. Extensive indoor and outdoor function spaces are focused around the 702-square-metre (7,552-square-foot) Hulopo‘e Ballroom, with retractable glass walls and an outdoor terrace for ocean views.

NEW YORK DOWNTOWN In Lower Manhattan, we have a new downtown hotel to accompany our landmark in midtown. At the crossroads of Tribeca and the financial district, Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown features a classic architectural profile designed by architect Robert A. M. Stern. Inside, global design stars Yabu Pushelberg have created chic, richly layered designs for the 185 accommodations, including 28 suites – some with balconies. Guests can claim a spot at CUT by Wolfgang Puck, the celebrity chef’s first restaurant in Manhattan. Escape to the peaceful spa, or dip into Downtown’s newest lap pool. In the 633 square metres (6,815 square feet) of event space, the 278 square-metre (2,990-square foot) Greenwich Ballroom is joined by two function rooms – each with double-height windows on two sides.

SURFSIDE, FLORIDAWith direct access to 305 metres (1,000 feet) of pristine Atlantic beachfront, our new hotel in South Florida is located immediately south of Bal Harbour and just minutes from Miami Beach. The focal point is the glamorous Surf Club, a storied private oasis for such members as Sinatra and Churchill. The respectfully preserved 1930s clubhouse is the centrepiece for a modern masterpiece by architects Richard Meier and Kobi Karp. This exclusive oasis of just 77 accommodations includes five beachfront Cabana Suites, as well as 31 Private Residence suites. Two restaurants and a lounge overlook the beach and gardens. For relaxation, guests have outdoor pools with cabanas and a full-service spa with eight treatment rooms. This is the latest in our growing portfolio of hotels with historic significance and our fourth Four Seasons in the Sunshine State.

O‘AHUOur fifth resort in Hawai‘i is located on the lively island of O‘ahu – just 35 minutes from Honolulu, yet in a world apart on the sunny western coast. Chic and light-filled, the 371 accommodations, including 55 suites, offer vast ocean views. Five dining options range from Italian and pan-Asian to the beachside Fish House. Amenities include golf, tennis, spa, and choices for swimming in lively pools and lagoons. Indoor event space of 7,242 square metres (77,958 square feet) includes two ballrooms and five function rooms – featuring the 1,390-square-metre (14,960-square- foot) Hokulani Ballroom. Adjacent to the Resort, the Lanikuhonua estate encompasses four hectares (ten acres) of oceanfront grounds for events with up to 1,500 people.

ABU DHABIIn a vibrant urban sanctuary right on the water, Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island offers expansive views of the city skyline and the Arabian Gulf. Only five storeys in height, Four Seasons is an intimately scaled enclave where 186 accommodations, including 29 suites, offer contemporary chic with Moroccan flair. Most guest rooms open to private balconies with views of the ocean or lush gardens. Creating a vibrant social destination from morning until late at night, four venues present al-fresco ocean-view dining and drinks. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and the club-like spa and fitness centre. DUBAIOur second property in Dubai is an urban hotel in the city’s most prestigious business district, Dubai International Financial Centre. KUWAITWith sleek, avant-garde luxury, Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya is the stylish new centrepiece of Kuwait City – creating the most prestigious backdrop for business and the new focal point of the city’s elite social scene. The 284 accommodations, including 67 suites, are the city’s largest. With five restaurants and lounges, this is Kuwait’s most exciting dining destination. Two signature restaurants on the 21st-floor rooftop specialise in Italian and pan-Asian cuisine. Ideal for weekend getaways, the Hotel includes a two-level spa and fitness centre, as well as indoor and outdoor pools, and a Kids For All Seasons programme. Encompassing 3,039 square metres (32,712 square feet), the two ballrooms and five function rooms combine grandeur with cosy, intimate atmosphere. LONDON We’re complementing our legendary Park Lane hotel with a new property in the City of London. In a landmark of power and prestige – the 1922 headquarters of the Port of London Authority – Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square provides a central location, near the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the River Thames. This intimate Hotel features just 100 accommodations, including 11 spacious suites. A new culinary destination, Four Seasons features the first UK restaurant by Chef Anne-Sophie Pic – the only current French female chef to be awarded three Michelin stars – as well as a sleekly designed Asian restaurant and The Rotunda lobby lounge. For relaxation, there’s the city’s most lavish spa sanctuary. With approximately 730 square metres (7,857 square feet) of function space, Four Seasons includes two ballrooms and three meeting rooms – with the historic UN Ballroom measuring 225 square metres (2,422 square feet).

SEYCHELLES We are expanding in the Seychelles by taking over the only resort on the remote, unspoiled Desroches Island. This celebrated hideaway is now undergoing a complete transformation. Just five degrees south of the equator, the island boasts 14 kilometres (8.7 miles) of pristine white-sand beaches, lush coconut groves and crystal-clear waters. Among our most intimate properties, the resort features just 51 accommodations, including 40 beach suites and 11 private residence villas. Two restaurants and a lounge bar provide an array of dining options in casual, beachfront settings. An expanded six-suite spa highlights locally inspired treatments and wellness classes. JAKARTA Considered “Jakarta’s New Classic,” this brand-new, all-suite Hotel offers a convenient location in the new Capital Place development. KYOTOFour Seasons is unlocking the hidden secrets of Kyoto, with a location close to the city’s historic core. We invite guests to enjoy personalised, insider access to the city’s legendary four-season delights. With an 800-year-old ikeniwa (pond garden) at the heart, this intimate, contemporary Hotel features just 123 accommodations, including 13 suites. For dining, there’s a choice of two restaurants, the lobby lounge, and a traditional sukiya or tea house. Guests can float in the indoor pool, then melt into bliss in the spa. HOI AN, VIETNAMLong regarded as Vietnam’s premier beach resort, The Nam Hai is a new addition to the Four Seasons family.
