Potable water alimentation: connection to the city water grid

Water evacuation: is realised by the proper sewerage system

Industrial cooling water: not the case

Waste disposal: by contract with a specialised company from the city

Electric energy: the consumption will be made by auto-consumption from the electrical

grid using a separated counter to the production counter

Phone lines: connection to the phone network of the city

Internet: connection through contract with a local supplier
