FORTUNATE 40 – a program to provide world-class training to serious students from financially weaker backgrounds to

achieve their goal of success & top ranks in IIt-Jee and other Competitive exams.

the program will financially support capable students soon going to class IX & class XI and whose total parental income

is less than rs. 10,000/- per month. FIItJee will support these meritorious students in their preparation for achieving

their dream goal, by awarding 100% scholarships for FIItJee program & 100% waivers on hostel charges. For Integrated

School Program, the school fee will be charged from the student (at some locations scholarship on school fee may also

be awarded). the FORTUNATE 40 batch for each program, at each location, will have a maximum of 40 students only.

Students will have to appear for a selection test on Sunday, 7th February 2016. there is no registration fee for the selection

test. Selected students will be notified and admitted to the program with 100% scholarships.

the final discretion of award of scholarship in each case will remain with FIItJee and this decision will be final and binding

on the candidate.

1. Fee Waivers for FIItJee Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of combined performance

in both Paper 1 & Paper 2. Performance in Paper 2 will be considered only for those students who qualify (i.e. clear

minimum cut-off marks) in Paper 1. Students must appear in both the Papers i.e. Paper 1 & Paper 2 to become

eligible for any Program Fee Waivers / Hostel Fee waivers.

2. the final discretion of awarding the fee waivers for FIItJee programs & hostel fee waivers in each case will remain

with FIItJee management and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

3. Fee waivers for FIItJee programs & Hostel Fee Waivers are valid for the select mentioned programs only. Students

enrolling with benefits (Scholarship for FIItJee Program / Hostel Fee Waiver) associated with Fortunate 40 selection

test, cannot join any other institute in any form. In case the student joins another institute, all the benefits given will

be withdrawn and FIItJee can also take action against such student.

4. Hostel fee concessions (if any) are valid only for FIItJee’s associate hostels / lodging & boarding facilities

(wherever available & for male Students only) made available through FIItJee, subject to the Student joining

that particular hostel and availability of seats. the concession will be given monthly between april, 2016 to

March, 2020 for joining Four Year Classroom / Integrated School Program for Jee advanced, 2020 or between

april, 2016 to March, 2018 for joining two Year Integrated School / Classroom Program for Jee advanced, 2018 and

only for the duration of Integrated School / Classroom program. the Hostel Fee concessions (if any) are valid

for the above mentioned programs only. the hostel fee concessions (if any) will be paid directly to the hostel

owner by FIItJee. Hostel fee concessions (if any) is for accommodation only. Food, transportation & other

self expenses are to be borne by the Students. To avail this concession, Students must have optimum

performance in phase Tests & national Level Tests and a minimum of 90% monthly attendance in their

respective Classes at FIITJEE. Hostel facility is available at select FIITJEE Centres only.

5. FIItJee reserves the right to change / cancel any program, eligibility criterion without prior notice.

6 (a). the registered office of FIItJee Limited is at new Delhi. all disputes and differences of any nature with regard to

the Fortunate 40, subsequent enrollment and studies shall be referred to the Sole arbitrator appointed by the

Management of FIItJee Ltd. the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions

of the arbitration and Conciliation act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made there under.

the award of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. the arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for

reasons of their being the employee of FIItJee Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons of having any prior

linkage with the company. the seat of arbitration will be Delhi. all the parties - student / parents / guardian

& FIItJee agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to Fortunate

40, subsequent enrollment & studies at FIItJee except for enforcement of the arbitral award. all parties waive

any right to appeal. this is needed for speedy redressal of issues & all parties agree to this.

(b). Subject to 6 (a) herein above, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Delhi / new Delhi Courts only.
