I am currently assigned to the Warrior Family Coordination Center (WFCC) in an Administrative/Clerical capacity and have occupied this position since this Office’s inception. I have a working knowledge of this Office and its relationship with the Warrior Pavilion that cannot be duplicated, nor mastered, without “hands-on” experience. During this period I have formed utterly solid and indispensable relations with all Departments, Personnel, and any entities which are involved in the maintenance and upkeep of this Pavilion.

I have an excellent and extremely close working relationship with Security Personnel, Facilities Maintenance Staff, Practitioners, Clinicians, Staff Members and Patients alike. I have real world knowledge of how the WFCC office best applies its actions, in order to improve the healing experience of our patients and overall performance of this office. And have ready access to all Policy material, Manuals, etc., concerning this office. I am known by Pavilion Personnel as “The Face of WFCC.”

Furthermore, with over 20 years of Federal Government work experience, I have been exposed to, and trained in quite a number of Policy matters as well as development, implementation and sustainment of a myriad of systems processes.
