Established in 1986, AWEA has always been recognized as a quality and professional
machine tools leading company. We have been continuously challenging ourselves
and proudly present new machines this year including the Extra Large Span Gantry
Type Machining Center and Gantry Type 5-axis Machining Center. Thanks to our
customers over these years, AWEA’s brand name is becoming more steady and
mature. We will continuously provide high quality products and service and hope to
grow stronger along with our customers.
After the end of the financial crisis, the markets in China and Asian countries have
been growing rapidly. For this reason, AWEA’s sales revenue from last year has
doubled. We not only increased our sales from overseas markets, our domestic sales
have also grown dramatically, proving that AWEA’s machines truly meets the needs
of our customers.
Although we are now facing new problems such as material costs increase, core
components shortage and currency exchange loss . We st i l l s t r ive to improve
ourselves to cope with all sorts of difficulties in order to maintain our competitive
strength in the market.
We want to thank our customers for their long support and care over these 25 years.

In order to meet with optimum machine per formance and high qual i ty standards, a l l key components are careful ly produced and inspected to ensure precision and durability. We currently use high-end equipments such as SUMITOMO vertical grinding machine, MITSUI SEIKI horizontal machining center, TOSHIBA bridge type 5-face machining center and horizontal boring mills, and WENZEL 3D coordinate measuring machine to maintain high quality standards.
High precision machine tools come from exquisite hand scraping skills. AWEA's well trained hand scraping team makes sure that all contact surfaces are precisely hand scrapped and carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality of our machines.

Side column hand scrapingDifferent from others which they use portable sander to polish the sur face, AWEA's sur faces of columns, beams, and beds are all hand scrapped. Because the pattern of the hand scrapped surface is similar to flying brids thus we also call hand scraping "plover pattern" craftsmanship.

The moving cross rail s t ruc ture is appl icable for working on extra high work pieces.
W-axis is driven by double-digital servo motor with "simultaneous-controlled technology" and the servo motor and ball screw are adopted with direct driven design which are applied to our Gantry Type LG series, having sold over 330 units around the world.
