Sons, who had others to £910. A quality consignment from Richard Mckie &

FORWARD CONTINENTAL Cattle keep getting dearer. A super run of cattle from Messrs PW CC & JC

Gould saw their Blue steers soar to £1300 and £1200, with Blue heifers from

the same home soaring to £1250. Good to see Michael & Will Weaver here

again with superb Limousin steers to £1300 and £1110 (19mo), their heifers

topped at £1190. Good to see an excellent showing from HP & J Flux, IOW,

who saw 18 - 19mo Blue steers to £1195, with exceptional Simmental steers to

a mighty £1240 and Limousin heifers to £955. Good to see Nigel Masters here

again whose Blue heifers charged to £1145 and £1050. Good to see market

stalwart Jackie Dacombe here whose Simmental steer soared to £1100 (25mo).

An exceptional 24mo heifer from the Hedges family soared to £1240. Many

comments today regarding the cattle just getting dearer here at Frome. Now is

the time to sell!

Its great to be back with you ! Reflection and prayer Some days have been

dark and painful yet new possibilities have been

found if we look for love and hope in the smalls

things like spring days among the lambs.

crocuses and dandelions. We will find kindness

to spare and beauty from our very human hearts

as we remain connected, though we are so

often on our own and apart .

Heavenly Father, as we begin to enjoy time

together in this Spring weather , we pray for new

growth both on our farms and hope in us this Easter season. After 100 days since

Brexit we pray for both our farmers and DEFRA who are facing major challenges

with imports and exports of products. We ask you

to give us confidence in all that we produce

knowing it is the very best in the world. Give us

pride in all we doing our agricultural husbandry

and production. Amen
