  • A very warm welcome to all !Dear stakeholders, customers & well-wishers,

One day while I was in my car on way to work, I was listening over the radio about the new talkgoing on in the biggest planned township, Purbachol. It got me all excited & I thought, PURBACHOL is going to be the new hub! New buildings, better roads, easier communication, higher offices, boost-ing busines etc. As I got into the thought, a different thing stuck me. How beautiful would it be if our new generation of hard-working executives, intellectuals, telented professionals - the future of our country - had a calm place to refresh. A place that is home to a healthy, ecologically balanced & serene environment-a community of a good neighbourhood.

It is this thinking that has made me come up with a compassion filled project, the “Asian Duplex”.I feel previleged to introduce an all-inclusive duplex housing project that is going to be implementedby Asian Duplex Town Limited, a sister concern of Asian Town Development Ltd. The best of expertise, profesionals & workforce will come together in developing this project. Situated in the heart of Purbachol. It is a 500 unit housing project majestically spread over a land of 250 Bighas with all the amenities & necessities of a healthy, happy & fulfilling living.

A peaceful & happy home is the foundation of a productive life, effective community & hence, a thriving country. I feel this project is my dream contribution to the future of my country. May Allah’s grace be bestowed upon us & our effoets in building a better Bangladesh, with sincerity, honesty & commitment. And may we be blessed with your best wishes.

    Thank you

    Bismillah-hir-rahmanir rahimDear stakeholders, customers & well wishers,Assalamu-Alaikum.

I remember when we were young, we used to play one game very often. We would take a piece of chipped stone & crave a playing court over the mud & jump about in it; and kick the piece of stone around. The game was as fun as it was exhilaraitng. And at the end of the game my sister would pretend to make cups of tea by plucking some grass & stirring them with water in a pot.

Gone are those days when we would wait to run out of our houses and play. Today is the era of sagging on sofas & playing on apps. But we, human beings, born with primitive instincts tend to thrive in nature. If we can return the muddy playground, the green grass and the pond to our kids, they can have a childhood as good as ours. It saddens me to have had such a memorable &enriching childhood and not be able to provid ethe same to my children.

At “Asian Duplex” we want to fulfill this missing element of life back into lives of today’s community. We aspire to bring back our childhood to our kids. It is the return of a new suburban living culture where kids will play openly without fear, our elderly will stroll without worries of traffic polution & honking, and our working parents will come home tp relax & enjoy a soulful & quality time.

With “Asian Duplex” I, wholeheartedly want to create a benchmark in the kind of community that defines a new living culture.

May Allah’s blessing & your wishes be with us in our journey to a fulfilling future.

    Thank you.
