I woke early at first lightTo take a walk on the beechAnd I saw on the shore

A h!an leg bone all white and bleached

Then there were foot "rints in the sandThat tra#eled a ways down the shoreTill they disa""eared fro! the land

And to the sky they soared

They trned to a white wistfl clod

$hich floated throgh the airThe clods edges shown brightly in the !orning snThen the clod e#a"orated to who knows where

Sddenly a white do#e a""earsThe whitest white I%#e e#er seen

It flew straight " into the hea#ensTo fore#er !ore reign s"re!e

There is no answer to things like thisAnd there ne#er will

So!e things in life are left nansweredAn ano!aly to flfill
