Caveman diet is one of the special diets that are being preferred by most of the people all over the world.

Our distant ancestors lived stronger and healthier for several years.

Following this caveman diet means eating the foods which were available before 10000 years.

This diet plan includes the fresh vegetables, fruits, lean meats, fish and many healthier food stuffs.

Food list for caveman dietMeats and Eggs:Meats and eggs are the highly recommended

food items that are included in the caveman diet food list.

They are rich in the proteins which are responsible for providing the sufficient energy to do the day to day activities.

They are considered as the natural organic diet. Nearly 55% of the entire energy is being

provided by the animal foods in this caveman diet.

The meats that are available today are rich in fat content. You should take only the lean meats that have very little fat content in them.

Nuts and seeds:Nuts and seeds are also included

in the caveman diet food list. There are also some exceptions

in the nuts and seeds.Peanuts and legumes are the

items that should be avoided from the caveman diet food list menu.

It is better to avoid cashews also because they can’t be eaten raw.

Instead of dairy products, you can take almond milk or coconut milk as the best alternative.

Vegetables:Most of the green and fresh vegetables are

included in the caveman diet food list. Every vegetable that can be eaten without

processing are included in the diet list. Fresh vegetables such as cabbage, bell

There are also certain vegetables such as beans, peas, potatoes, sweet potatoes which should be excluded from the caveman diet plan.

Potatoes and other starchy tubers should be strictly avoided in the food list.

Beverages:Water is usually considered

as the healthy drink in the caveman diet.

You can also have tea as the healthy drink in some cases.

But coffee, alcoholic beverages and other fermented beverages should be completely avoided from the food list.

Instead of artificial sweeteners, you can use honey as the best alternative.

Fruits:Fruits are the major ingredients that are

being included in the caveman diet food list. Mostly all the fruits except of those with high

sugar content are included in the diet list. Fruits such as berries, orange, apple, banana,

pineapple, pomegranate, papaya, lemon, limes, etc are the highly recommended fruits to be included in the food list.

You can also take small amount of dry fruits to the diet menu to enhance the delicious taste.
